The Covid-19 pandemic has changed how we work – likely, forever. No matter where you are in this world, your job title or industry, we’re all adapting during this chaotic time – professionally and personally. At Zinier, empathy, collaboration and problem-solving have continued to be guiding values during the pandemic, as we focus on not only surviving but also thriving during this pandemic.
I’m prouder than ever to work alongside our “Team Z” colleagues here in the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world, who are coming together to support one another, our customers, and partners during this global crisis. The award is based on the results of an independent survey of employees, evaluating and ranking companies based on feedback on employee satisfaction in several categories including leadership, company culture, compensation, and benefits.
During this uncertain time, Zinier is committed to be the best place to work. It’s been a productive transition to a fully remote workplace. We’re enjoying regular virtual happy hours and catch ups. Team members have the flexibility to balance new work from home pressures and responsibilities, and of course, many of us are using our $600 Zinier Hobby Fund stipend provided to each colleague for use with activities and items that keep us happy and healthy at home.
