SAN MATEO, CA and AVEIRO, Portugal - June 27, 2025 -- Altice Labs, a leading company in developing advanced connectivity solutions, and Zinier, a provider of AI-powered field service management (FSM) software, today announced the successful deployment and pre-integration of their combined OSS-FSM solution with OXG. The partnership demonstrates unprecedented synergy between Altice Labs' NOSSIS One platform and Zinier's enterprise FSM capabilities, creating a comprehensive solution for telecommunications infrastructure operations.

The collaboration supports OXG’s €7 billion fiber deployment across Germany, where the integrated platform manages field operations for one of Europe's largest FTTH projects serving up to 7 million customers. The success has established a pre-integrated solution now available for telecommunications operators across EMEA, US, and LATAM markets.

“When OXG was founded in 2023, we started with an IT greenfield approach. Thus, we favored pre-integrated suite components over single application solutions, and preferred microservice architecture over monoliths to ensure a fast landscape setup and a seamless interoperability within and across OXG’s new IT landscape early onwards,” said Thorsten Nieser, Head of IT at OXG. “With NOSSIS One and Zinier’s field service platform, today, we have achieved systemic end-to-end support for our core process ‘Network Construction to Active Customer Line’ – ready to scale up!”

"The integration of NOSSIS One with Zinier's field service platform creates a powerful combination of network orchestration and operational execution," said Paulo Firmeza, Altice Labs’ General Manager. "Our ARISE AI module reduces root cause analysis time, while Zinier's automation continuously delivers field service performance improvements, together enabling truly autonomous telecommunications operations."

Accelerated Implementation Through Pre-Integration

The joint solution leverages both platforms' API-first event-driven architectures and microservices design, enabling rapid deployment with pre-built connectors and workflows. NOSSIS One automatically triggers Zinier’s field service workflows based on network events, while real-time field data feeds back into comprehensive operational dashboards.

Key capabilities include:

  • Automated service orchestration from network planning through field execution
  • Real-time workforce visibility across distributed infrastructure projects
  • Seamless integration with existing OSS/BSS and enterprise systems

"Altice Labs brings deep telecommunications expertise and proven OSS capabilities that perfectly complement our field service automation," said Prateek Chakravarty, CEO of Zinier. "The OXG success demonstrates how pre-integrated platforms can accelerate time-to-value while maintaining the flexibility operators need for complex infrastructure deployments."

The pre-integration enables telecommunications operators to deploy both platforms simultaneously with reduced implementation time and immediate operational value through proven workflow templates and connector libraries.
